The Opportunity Collaborative Housing Committee has updated the draft Regional Housing Plan: “Strong Communities, Greater Opportunity,” including new maps to guide recommendations and other additions based on the July 29 feedback session held at the Baltimore Metropolitan Council.

The Opportunity Collaborative welcomes feedback through September 30, and stakeholders have one last opportunity to offer feedback in person on September 22, 1:00-3:00 pm at the Baltimore Metropolitan Council.

Click here to view the draft plan and a new seven-page summary. Click here for more information on the September 22 session and to RSVP. This is the last chance for feedback before the plan is finalized in October and November.

The plan includes a HUD-required Fair Housing Equity Assessment (FHEA), which examines issues related to the federal Fair Housing Act. The draft plan is part of the broader HUD-funded Opportunity Collaborative effort convened by the Baltimore Metropolitan Council (BMC).
